Consultancy launched to shout about beer

Brett Laniosh is on a mission to shout about beer and has set up his own consultancy to do that.

“I want to show everyone what a great product beer is. There is a massive range of beer styles out there and I want consumers to join me on a voyage of discovery”, says Brett who has launched his own consultancy today (February 14th 2017).

“I’ve been volunteering with CAMRA (the Campaign for Real Ale) since 1977 including 11 years as a national director and I was responsible for setting up the National Beer Scoring Scheme, but now I want to do more.”

“I’ve spent a lifetime working in education and I believe there is a thirst for knowledge about beer amongst consumers. CAMRA volunteers will have an important part in quenching that thirst thanks to the recommendations from the Revitalisation Project that I and my fellow CAMRA directors have supported. I have been asked to lead a major strand of that project – Information, Education and Training but I am aware that beer education goes beyond volunteers.”

“I want to work with breweries, pub companies, licensees and trade organisations to raise awareness of beer by developing an education programme that is both informative and entertaining. That is why I am delighted to launch Brett Laniosh Beer Consultancy.”
