Beerconsultancy.co.uk has been delivering its “All About Beer” training programme to West Midlands Pub Company “Black Country Ales“. With a growing estate of over 30 pubs as well as a brewery, the growing company is famed for serving high quality and interesting cask beers, running popular, well kept community pubs and also winning awards. Black Country Ales pubs make regular appearances in the CAMRA Good Beer Guide.
To date, the beer education training, which focuses on quality and customer care in the vibrant beer market, has been delivered to staff from five pubs:
Old Bull’s Head, Lower Gornal,
and the newly opened Cross, Bromsgrove.
