Ingredients:
1 tbl oil
1 cup of basmati rice that has been cooked and left to cool
1 dessert spoon desiccated coconut
1 desert spoon ground almonds
pinch of yellow food colouring
Spices:
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
Heat the oil and butter in a wok until hot and stir-fry spices for 30s
Add other ingredients and stir in until hot.
